Costs and Budgeting – initial test-of-concept cost estimates and detailed, thorough budget analysis and ongoing cost tracking
Schedule and Management – development of realistic project schedules and coordination of all project personnel including engineering and associated consultants
Construction and Oversight – project construction, from small additions and renovations to larger, new construction including on-site review of all subcontractors and ongoing budget tracking and schedule management
